The Five Behaviors® personal development programme has been built with individuals in mind, participants are able to learn the principles of Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors® model and how to apply them in order maximise their personal impact across the teams they work with.
In recognition that many individuals work across multiple teams, participants do not need to be part of the same team.

The Five Behaviors® personal development programme begins by completing a self assessment, this evaluates how individuals approach The Five Behaviors® of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Using computer-adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise, personalised insights.

Following up from the assessment, participants receive a personalised report that deepens their understanding of self.

The report includes;

  • 23 pages of rich insights, unique to each learner
  • Context-specific feedback
  • Strong visuals that illustrate key messages
  • Tips and strategies for improving teamwork effectiveness
  • Personalised, guided action planning

Following on from the reports, either a bespoke workshop is created for a group or we offer 121 Coaching for individuals.

In these sessions we help individuals explore their results in detail, identifying areas of strengths and opportunities for development. The aim is to increase awareness as to how they can apply the principles of The Five Behaviours® when working within a variety of teams, in a nutshell it helps them to become a better team player.
